If you would like us to conduct a free evaluation of your smart media card, please print this
form and include it with your smart media flash card. My mailing address is on the form.
Please include a check or money order in the amount of $5 for return postage. We use United States Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation to mail back your flash card. Priority maile allows us to confirm delivery back to your address. If we are unable to recover your photographs, the only thing you pay is return postage.
Recovery costs
vary from $49 - $124 depending on the size of the
memory card or microdrive.
Cards up to 512 megs - $49
Cards over 512 megs - add $25 per additional 512 megs.
